How you pay: card, contactless and company invoicing

The payment methods we take, why the fare does not move with the hour or the demand, and how a corporate account with monthly invoicing works.

Contactless payment by phone in the rear of a vehicle

It is one of the questions we get most on WhatsApp, and there is nearly always a second one behind it: whether the final amount will be the one you expected.

It will be. We charge the official Madrid taxi fare and you pay however you like.

What we take

Card — Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Phone — Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Bizum — the easiest for most of our Spanish customers.

FREENOW — if you already have the app with your payment method saved.

Cash — if you prefer.

You pay in the car, at the end.

Why the amount does not move

We are a licensed taxi, so the meter runs on the fare set by Madrid City Council. Two concrete things follow from that:

No surge pricing. Eight on a Friday evening costs what midday on a Tuesday costs. Demand does not touch the fare.

No return surcharge. If we take you from Pozuelo to the airport, you pay for that journey. What it costs us to get back is our business.

If you would rather know the figure in advance

Some people would rather not watch a meter run, which is fair enough. Send us the address, the date and the time, and we will give you a closed price before you book.

On long transfers that is always how we work. Toledo, for instance, is €159 for the whole car — up to four passengers with luggage, tolls included — and it costs the same whether we collect you at Barajas or in the centre.

The corporate account

If your company uses us with any regularity, the sensible thing is to open an account.

Whoever travels pays nothing. No expenses fronted, no receipts kept. They get in, travel and get out.

One invoice a month, itemised by journey: date, route and passenger. Finance receives one document, not twelve.

VAT broken out, so claiming the cost does not oblige anyone to reconstruct anything at quarter end.

It is particularly useful when the person arranging the trip is not the person taking it: we collect your client at Barajas, the client never touches the payment, and the invoice goes where it should.

The extras, and what each one costs

A child seat or approved booster — free. It is worth €5 each and we include it with your booking. Ask 24 hours ahead and it is fitted before we collect you. The 24 hours are for the seat alone: everything else takes three.

Tolls — included. On long transfers they sit inside the closed price.

How you want to be met at Barajas. There are three levels: standard waits for you at the meeting point; premium pickup has the driver come inside the terminal with a name board and help with your luggage; and luxury adds a stop along the way and a drink on board. Tell us which one you want when you book and we will talk you through it.

In short

Card, Bizum, contactless, FREENOW or cash. Official Madrid fare, no surge and no return surcharge. A closed price if you ask for one, and a single monthly invoice if you are a company.
